Delightful experience.. Food is good.. I will say Indian western fusion.. Not authentic but you will definitely enjoy food and vibes.Beautiful flavour, menu is amazing and lots of options. The portion is small we ordered lots of food but still weren't full. But the flavours were amazing and customer service was really lovely too. Butter chicken and tandoori chicken were incredible!

Ordered the Chicken Tika, Butter Chicken and Coconut rice with some Garlic Naans. All of it was absolutely beautiful and flavourful. They were very well made and filling portions. The Naan was soft, the Chicken Tika wasn’t too hot which is how I like it. My only issue was that the Coconut rice didn’t have much coconut flavour but it was still cooked to perfection. Highly recommend and will be back.

We visited this restaurant with our family and friends to celebrate my daughter’s birthday . The starters — Manchurian, soya chaap, chicken, and pani puri — were all very delicious. The staff were nice, and the food presentation was great. The main dishes were also tasty and full of flavour. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. My friends and family were all happy and enjoyed the experience. Highly recommend this place! wonderful place for family gatherings and celebrations!

It’s my turn now, I ordered two or three items from Uber two weeks ago and food was unexpectedly delicious so I decided to visit for dining next time there, I would like to address the owner, your restaurant will be on top, if you continuously maintained the standard of service and quality of food you are serving now, All the three items from ontry specially chicken tikka was top-notch, mains specially malai kofta well presented and delicious. We will definitely come again and recommend others.

Went to dinner with my mother tonight and it was absolutely amazing, best Indian food I’ve ever had! Service was quick and food was portioned well, 10/10 experience!

I visited Maitland from Kellyville last week and had my lunch at Infusion. Had the best Daal Makhni so far in NSW, many restaurants use artificial colours and this was so well prepared and cooked without any artificial colours and taste was outstanding. On top of that, Owner was very humble and catered really well. I will definitely be coming week :), Best wishes. Vipin Lal

Ok my turn... Never been here before and noted they had prepared meals for the less fortunate in the area on Christmas Day. So for that reason alone we went to have a meal. It was very quiet here as it was the 28th of December and most places seemed pretty quiet at this time of year. DISHES Entrees: Manchurian Chicken / Dhai Bhalla Chaat Mains: Malai Kofta / Mango Chicken / Small Rice / Cheese Garlic Naan Dessert : Gulab Jamun / Ras Malai The sauces on the starters were fantastic very moreish... Presentation just what I expected. Both had lovely flavour and polished off without any drama. I decided to go for something I usual don't order and so did my better half. The Mago Chicken was very sweet. Many people might find that overpowering. Not sure how to change that but for my better half it was overly sweet for me it was like a Mago Lassi so I thought it was great. The Malai Kofta was full over flavour with that sauce. My only criticism there would be that there was three Kofta balls in the dish for 2 people so I'd prefer that it had 4 balls and less sauce. The rice was as expected fluffy and properly cooked. The three choices for dessert I didn't recognise by name so we just asked for them to pick two. The Gulab Jamun I realised I've had before and they tasted lovely. The Ras Malai I quite liked but the texture wasn't to my better half's liking. I understand her reservations there and agree that it wasn't something I'd usually order. Perhaps I should have Googled a bit first. Still was a nice one to try. Overall food was good. One thing we do when we go to a place that we haven't visited we ask them for a recommendation. This is a loaded request.. Firstly it shows that the peson serving me actually eats the food they serve. If you aren't happy to eat the food then why am I there? Secondly it shows how that staff member knows how to sell the food. Just as a heads up this is what I would expect the staff to say to me. I'd want them to ask me what protein I prefer. Let's say I said Chicken. Then that reduces the list. Then I'd talk about spice levels. Then if I like Yogurt based sauces or more curry based. Etc... Once you know what sort of mains they like discussing some entrees that compliment the mains and introduce new flavours. I know it's more work on the wait staff but it makes for an amazing night of trying news things and they want to come back just with an extra few minutes of chatter plus the people around them hear the same conversation. It's a simple way to get the customer having more dishes. Overall the food was lovely I'd just recommend that the dishes had less sauce and more meat etc. We went home full and happy and will be happy to come back.
